Cheesy Potatoes
It’s by popular request that I share this cheesy potato recipe. It’s one that my mom makes - and is always a crowd favorite.
Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
For Topping
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1.5 cups crushed cornflakes or potato chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together all ingredients, except for cornflakes and melted butter. Spread out in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix melted butter and cornflakes and sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake uncovered for 2 hours.
