Sheri Glazier, MS, RDN/LD

Sheri Glazier, MS, RDN/LD lives on her family’s farm outside Loyal, Okla.—population 79—where she and her husband raise wheat, sesame, hay, cattle, and two kids.

Groceries take planning. Meals are built around seasons, not schedules. That’s where her work begins.

Sheri’s approach to nutrition is practical and rooted in the realities of rural living: simple meals, science-based choices, and advice that fits the rhythm of work and family.

She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, where she was later recognized as a Rising Star Alumna. She’s also been named Oklahoma’s Dietitian of the Year, honors that reflect her commitment to improving how rural families and agricultural communities think about food, health, and sustainability.

“I believe good nutrition shouldn’t feel like a luxury. It should fit into your life, not the other way around. I’m here to help people in rural communities make choices that work for them, their families, and the way they live.”
