About Dirt Road Dietitian

Most nutrition advice was built for someone who can grocery shop multiple days a week and has 45 minutes to meal prep on a Tuesday. Rural America runs on a different clock.

Dirt Road Dietitian exists because the gap was too wide to ignore. The families raising food for this country were the ones least served by the people trained to talk about it. Nutrition guidance that didn't account for harvest season, a 60-mile round trip to the grocery store, or a household where someone is up before dawn and in the field until dark wasn't guidance at all. It was noise.

Our founder, Sheri Glazier, MS, RDN/LD, grew up in that reality. She and her husband farm outside Loyal, Okla., population 79, where they raise wheat, sesame, hay, and cattle alongside their two kids. Groceries take planning. Meals are built around seasons, not schedules. When Sheri built her practice on science-based, practical nutrition rooted in rural life, she wasn't creating a niche. She was filling a void.

What started as one dietitian serving her community has grown into a team who shares the same foundation: credentialed professionals who understand exceptional nutrition advice has to fit the life you're actually living.

Dirt Road Dietitian serves rural America because rural America deserves access to exceptional care.
