        How many sessions are covered?Many plans cover up to 20 sessions per year, and some have no limit when medical necessity applies.

        Do you offer virtual appointments?Yes. All sessions are virtual.

        What if I don’t have coverage?Self-pay options are available, and you can use HSA or FSA funds. Private pay rate available 
 Initial appointment: 60–90 minutes
 Follow-up appointments: 15–30 minutes
