What to Expect

  • Step 1: We verify your insurance

Once you share your information, our team will confirm your coverage, any copay or referral requirements, and the number of sessions your plan allows.

  • Step 2: Schedule your first visit

Your first session is a deep dive—reviewing your health history, current habits, and goals.

  • Step 3: Follow-up and adjust

Follow-up sessions build consistency, accountability, and the chance to make changes that stick.
