Ingredients

  • Pork Cutlets
  • Flour 
  • Eggs, lightly beaten
  • Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (Panko + Parm Cheese + Italian Seasoning + Oregano + Salt + Pepper)
  • Jarred Pasta Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Dredge cutlets in Flour > Eggs > Seasoned Panko> REPEAT
  3. Place on baking sheet that has been covered in parchment paper
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  5. Remove from the oven
  6. Top each cutlet with pasta sauce and cheese
  7. Broil on High for ~3 minutes
