Baked Herb Crusted Pork Cutlet

Ingredients
- Pork Cutlets
- Flour
- Eggs, lightly beaten
- Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (Panko + Parm Cheese + Italian Seasoning + Oregano + Salt + Pepper)
- Jarred Pasta Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Dredge cutlets in Flour > Eggs > Seasoned Panko> REPEAT
- Place on baking sheet that has been covered in parchment paper
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Remove from the oven
- Top each cutlet with pasta sauce and cheese
- Broil on High for ~3 minutes
