Portable, nutrient packed, snack bites - for ALL ages!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • ~ 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat peanut butter and honey together.  Stir well.  Remove from heat & add vanilla.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Form dough in to small balls. Refrigerate or freeze!

Notes:

Healthy Hacks: add 1-2 tablespoons of chia for a nutrient BOOST. Kitchen Hacks: use a cookie dough baller to scoop bites evenly Additional option: add the chocolate chips AFTER creating ~10 bites for two flavors in one bowl.
